Semirara Mining and Power Corporation (SMPC) is a subsidiary of DMCI Holdings Inc. (DMCI HI), one of the biggest listed conglomerates in the Philippines. 

Since DMCI HI acquired SMPC (formerly Semirara Coal Corporation or SCC) in 1997, we have successfully transitioned from a coal mining company into the only vertically integrated energy enterprise in the Philippines.

Our shares are listed and traded on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the symbol “SCC" as part of the Electricity, Energy, Power & Water subsector of the Industrial sector.
