SMPC adheres to the recommended practices of the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) on Rights of Shareholders, Equitable Treatment of Shareholders, Role of Stakeholders, Disclosure and Transparency, and Responsibilities of the Board. The ACGS is a corporate governance tool initiative of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum measuring the governance practices among the ASEAN Publicly-Listed Companies based on the five OECD Principles of Corporate Governance.
